1. Is Scrabble Competition coming back in EIA ?
​Yes, it is. Scrabble Competition is coming back in EIA XXIII 2024 via offline at KNPI Provinsi Lampung

2. When the important dates for Scrabble Competition ?
a) Technical Meeting : Wednesday, September 25th 2024
b) Competition
Round 1 - 6 : Saturday, September 28th 2024
Round 7 - 12 : Sunday, September 29th 2024

3. How many game in Scrabble Competition EIA XXIII 2024 ?
There are 12 Round of Games in Scrabble Competition EIA XXIII 2024 with 8 Rounds of Australian Draw and 4 Rounds of King of The Hill

4. For some reasons, I can’t join the competition, but I had paid registration payment fully. Can I do refund ?
a) ​Unfortunately, the committee of EIA XXIII (2024) will not provide any refund for those who are quitting the competition or disqualified for any reason.
b) The participants who have been registered online can be replaced with a new participant but it can be allowed ONLY in the same branch competition, at the latest on Friday, September 13th 2024 by sending the request of replacement to EIA XXIII (2024) Scrabble Competition’s email address : eia.scrabble@gmail.com with the following subject : Replacement_(Scrabble Competition) and the following format body mail

               Name of Original Participant :
               Name of Replacement Participant :
               Name for Certificate :
               Reason :
c) Any kind of related document that supports the participant’s reason must be attached within the email (e.g. signed medical permit from hospital, participant can send the document in an image form/PDF form). If the committee finds the reason as an acceptable reason, then the committee will send the approval of replacement request to the participant’s e-mail address.
d) After Friday, September 13th 2024 replacement of participants are not allowed and if it happens, the participants will be disqualified.

5. Can I bring anyone or another tools to help me while the game ?
Any participants are not allowed to bring any help or tools on the day of competition.

6. Is there any minimum quota for this competition to be held ?
Yes, if the participants do not reach the quota (25 participants) unfortunately Scrabble Competition will not be held. So, don’t miss the coming back of Scrabble Competition in EIA XXIII 2024 and bring any friends or relatives to joining this competition.
